Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with multi-state compact and/or single-state privileges.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and relevant experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance, quality initiatives, and unit councils to improve care.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and coordinate with the care team.
