Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital in Alabama is expanding its Endoscopy team and hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role. The position supports patient care on units with complex needs, offering a five shift week from 6am to 2:30pm and a comprehensive benefits package.

The RN will assess, plan, and coordinate care, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and participate in continuing education to maintain high quality standards across the department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains current State of Alabama RN license or valid multi-state RN license.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, and TNCC are required for certain areas.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and develops care plans.
• Respects diversity and collaborates with the team.
• Coordinates care and delegates tasks to team members.
• Documents care and maintains regulatory standards.
• Participates in education and performance improvement.
