Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reporting to Nurse Manager/Director and coordinating patient care.
• Utilizes nursing process in a hospital setting to plan and implement care.
• Participates in education and training for self and team.
• Identifies patient education needs and promotes learning.
