Job summary

Borland Groover is seeking an Endoscopy Registered Nurse to assess, monitor, and document patient care from pre-op through post-op in our Endoscopy Center(s). You will work with physicians and the clinical team to optimize patient flow, ensuring safe, compassionate care.

The role requires active FL RN licensure, BLS/ACLS or ability to obtain within 90 days, and at least 1 year of clinical experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nursing license in the State of Florida (or multistate with Florida).
• CGRN credential preferred but not required.
• BLS or ACLS certification required or obtainable within 90 days.
• At least 1 year experience working with patients in hospital or office setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, verbally and in writing; HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assess, observe, manage, and document patient care across pre-op, intra-op, and post-op stages.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team to maximize patient flow.
• Identify patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Provide bedside nursing care according to Florida Board and Center policies.
• Document progress, notify physicians of significant changes, supervise Scope Technicians.
