Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN, seeks a Registered Nurse for full-time, 4-10 hour shifts, Monday–Friday with on-call duties in the Endoscopy suites and related spaces in the Louisville/Southern Indiana area.

The RN provides direct, comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge, working in inpatient and outpatient settings for procedures such as EGD, bronchoscopy, and colonoscopy, in a Magnet/Pathway to Excellence designated system.

Qualifications

• Diploma RN and Indiana license required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• ACLS certification within 12 months of hire.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Baptist Health Floyd is a Pathway to Excellence® designated organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge.
• Support both inpatient and outpatient Endoscopy procedures (EGD, bronchoscopy, colonoscopy).
• Coordinate care across the Endoscopy suite, operating room, and ICU spaces.
