Memorial Hermann Surgery Center, Southwest is seeking an experienced Endoscopy GI/Pre‑op/Pacu RN to join a thriving Endoscopy practice in Houston, TX. The role offers FT hours and a team-oriented environment with strong patient service expectations.

The ideal candidate has an accredited nursing education, TX RN licensure, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS credentials, with CNOR preferred. Independent work ability and tactful patient interaction are valued in this setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Minimum of two (2) years previous OR experience assisting with GI/Endoscopy procedures.
• Current Texas License as a Registered Nurse.
• Current in BLS, ACLS and PALS required.
• CNOR preferred
• Possess the ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
• Possess the ability to deal tactfully with patients, families, physicians, and employees.
• Knowledgeable of hospital policies and procedures specific to operating room nurse.
• Clinically proficient in operating room nursing skills, demonstrating knowledge of the development needs of the pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient.
