Job summary

Keck Hospital of USC in Los Angeles, CA seeks an Endoscopy RN for the 12-hour day shift in the Perioperative Float Pool. The role is full-time, non-exempt, unionized, and requires BSN, CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, and Endoscopy/ICU experience.

You will manage pre-op and post-op patient care, collaborate with physicians and staff, perform assessments, educate patients and families, and ensure safety standards throughout the perioperative process.

Qualifications

• BSN required; CA RN license mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years Endoscopy or ICU experience.
• CA RN license with BLS and ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Manage Endoscopy patient care and recovery per standards.
• Coordinate patient flow and prioritize nursing activities.
• Perform pre-op assessments and post-op calls as needed.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and procedures.
• Maintain universal safety, documentation, and quality control.
