Qualifications

• BSN or ADN from an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
• BCLS certification within one month and ACLS within one year.

Responsibilities

• Organize and provide nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on licensure and job descriptions.
• Contribute to meeting the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia Health, and comply with applicable accreditation standards.
