Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current American Heart Assn. BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Knowledge of nursing standards, Patient Bill of Rights and AAAHC regulations.
• Ability to plan care with physician and health care team.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe patient care during the endoscopy period using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and health care team to plan care and outcomes.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are available and properly labeled.
• Maintain clear, concise documentation of patient progress and interventions.
• Provide updates on patient status to family per physician input and policy.
• Adhere to universal precautions and safety standards; respond to emergencies.
