Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Endoscopy department. You will provide general nursing care to patients across the continuum in a fast-paced setting, with a day shift and 40 hours per week.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team and participating in process improvements to enhance safety, quality and patient experience. This role supports a High Reliability Organization and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required).
• BLS certification.
• Current RN license in Ohio (or multi-state compact) in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provides general nursing care to patients in the Endoscopy department.
• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for assigned patients.
• Participates in process improvements to improve clinical quality, safety and efficiency.
• Leads and collaborates with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Ensures safety and quality in daily operations as part of a High Reliability Organization.
