The Center for GI Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient care around endoscopy procedures in a professional medical office setting. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while coordinating with physicians and staff.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will supervise non-licensed staff, monitor patients, administer medications, and ensure compliance with PA Board guidelines. This full-time role runs weekdays with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN licensure and BLS/ACLS certification.
• Experience in a medical office or procedural setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and non-licensed staff.
• Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies for patient care.
• Assist with procedures per physician orders and PA Board guidelines.
• Monitor vital signs and intervene as needed.
• Administer medications per orders and follow safety protocols.
• Ensure sterilization of instruments according to infection control standards.
• Collaborate with staff and management to address nursing issues.
• Participate in quality, infection control, safety, and improvement programs.
