Responsibilities

• PATIENT CARE AND SUPPORT: Establishes positive rapport with patient and family; provides emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families; educates patients and families; serves as patient/family advocate; documents actions and maintains continuity among nursing teams; uses systematic critical-thinking to guide data gathering and evaluation.
• CLINICAL WORK QUALITY: Adheres to standards, measures outcomes, participates in performance improvement; maintains safe and clean environment; follows infection-control policies; documents care accurately.
• Duties & Responsibilities: RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: Maintains equipment and supplies; demonstrates teamwork; responds to communication devices; assists in environmental checks; participates in safety and compliance activities.
