Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• BSN preferred; may be required.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS/PALS unit dependent.
• Experience in endoscopy or acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across the care continuum.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safety and quality of care.
• Provide patient and family education and advocate for needs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and learning.
• Lead and coordinate care within the inter-professional team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards in practice.
