Qualifications

• ASN is required; RN license must be active.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Endoscopy or procedural nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Care for higher-acuity or critical patients.
• Coordinate care with supportive staff and ancillary services to ensure safe outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about disease processes and plans of care.
• Participate in call rotation with a 45-minute response time.
• Support Endoscopy department growth and new ION procedures.
