Job summary

MercyOne Genesis is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Endoscopy role in the Quad Cities region, serving Davenport, Bettendorf, Rock Island, Moline, and surrounding communities. The position offers a day shift with 32 hours per week, and requires active Iowa RN licensure and related certifications.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current license as a Registered Nurse issued/defined by the State of Iowa.
• Possession of Illinois Registered Nurse license within 1 year of hire.
• Basic Life Support certified within six (6) weeks of hire.
• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three (3) months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice
• Adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA
• Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.
