Job summary

York County Outpatient Endoscopy Center, an USPI facility, is hiring a full-time Endoscopy Registered Nurse in Rock Hill, SC. The RN will plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement nursing care for pre- and post-surgical patients, ensuring safety and compliance with standards.

GI experience is preferred. Candidates should have an accredited RN education, 1 year RN hospital/ICU/Surgery experience, active RN license, BLS, and ACLS/PALS preferred or planned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• At least 1 year experience as a RN in hospital Medical/Surgery or ICU unit.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS certification.
• Current ACLS / PALS preferred or included in education plan.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• GI Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for pre or post-surgical patients.
• Ensure highest quality and safe delivery of patient care.
• Maintain compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and Federal and State standards of care.

Skills

RN experience in hospital Med/Surg or/
