Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with multi-state compact or single-state license to practice.
• Telehealth licensing requirements may apply based on location.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and ethical practice.
• Maintain timely EHR documentation and ensure proper delegation when needed.
