aah is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Outpatient Endoscopy Center in North Carolina. This full-time position involves delivering high-quality nursing care, using evidence-based practices, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience. You may be asked to float to other units within the service area as needed.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from Board of Nursing approved program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans; collaborate with the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
