Job summary

Qualifications

• English language proficiency is required.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program with RN licensure in the United States.
• State licensure as RN in any U.S. state or territory and active license.
• Eligibility for temporary appointment as GNT or registered nurse with bridge program completion as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage care for patients undergoing endoscopy procedures.
• Assess patient status pre-procedure and educate on procedural and post-procedural care.
• Document responses, findings, and changes; communicate with the care team.
• Delegate tasks to appropriate staff while ensuring patient safety.
• Maintain proficiency with endoscopy equipment and supplies.
• Participate in unit-based/shared governance to improve care quality.
• Work schedule typically Monday to Friday; not eligible for telework.
