Job summary

Qualifications

• English language proficiency as required by VA standards.
• Graduate of a nursing program approved by accrediting bodies (ACEN/CCNE).
• Current, full, active, unrestricted registered nurse license in a U.S. state or territory or D.C.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following the nursing process.
• Coordinate care focused on patient education, self-management, and satisfaction.
• Administer medications and procedures per policies and guidelines.
• Perform endoscopy-related assessments and assist in procedures.
• Educate patients and coordinate transitions across care continuum.
