Baptist Health Louisville is hiring a full-time Endoscopy Registered Nurse in our busy Endoscopy Department. The RN will support inpatient and outpatient procedures, such as EGD, bronchoscopy, and colonoscopy, and work in a ten-treatment-room unit with a dedicated ERCP room.

The ideal candidate holds a Kentucky RN license, has endoscopy experience as a plus, and is BCLS certified. You will assess patient needs, implement nursing care, and carry out technical responsibilities with professionalism

• Current Kentucky RN license is required.
• Endoscopy experience is a plus.
• BCLS (CPR) certification required.

The Endoscopy unit features ten treatment rooms and 30 pre and post-operative procedure rooms and a high-tech endoscopic retrograde colangio pancreatography (ERCP) room. Endoscopy provides inpatient and outpatient services with common procedures being EGD (Esophagogastroduodenoscopy) bronchoscopy, and colonoscopy. The Endoscopy RN assesses and identifies patient needs and implements appropriate interventions for the patient when undergoing various procedures. The Nurse establishes and maintains a plan for the delivery of nursing care; resolve problems; and performs technical aspects of care competently.
