Job summary

Qualifications

• RTR licensure in Massachusetts (temporary 1-year license).
• ARRT certification in Radiology within 12 months from date of hire.
• BLS certification required.
• Maintain ARRT/DPH CEUs as per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for exams and ensures comfort and modesty.
• Performs radiologic procedures with standard, portable or specialized x-ray equipment.
• Assists radiologists with contrast administration and imaging protocols.
• Protects patient areas from radiation exposure following safety standards.
• Positions patient and equipment to obtain quality diagnostic images.
