Job summary

Baptist Health in Lexington, KY seeks an Endoscopy Nursing Assistant for part-time shifts in Surgical Services. Under RN supervision, you will assist with patient care in the Pre/Post area, help with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and transfers, and ensure charting every two hours. Requires KY Nurse Aide Certification and BLS, with on-call rotation.

Experience in endoscopy is not required; training will be provided. Benefits include health/dental/vision, paid leave, and retirement matching.

Responsibilities

• Assists RN in Pre/Post area
• Transports patients using wheelchair or stretcher
• Assists with personal hygiene, feeding, mobility and positioning
• Documents care and I&O every two hours
• Escort patients during admission, transfer and discharge

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

KY Nurse Aide Certification

BLS Certification
