MaineGeneral Health is seeking an experienced Endoscopy Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead our outpatient endoscopy team. This part-time role focuses on mentoring staff, optimizing clinical operations, and ensuring safe, high-quality patient care in the Alfond Center for Health and Thayer Center for Health.

Ideal candidates will have an active Maine RN license, leadership experience, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care and team development.

Responds to staff requests for assistance with providing or managing direct patient care in complex or difficult matters.* Determines, coordinates, and monitors the flow of patients between units to maximize the use of the organization's resources and meet service-level objectives.* Evaluates the effectiveness of patient care and identifies any issues that affect desired patient outcomes. Coordinates patient care services with staff, physicians, and other departments.* Responds to complaints/conflicts and manages through established channels.
