Job summary

NYC Health and Hospitals in Harlem is seeking a Staff Nurse - Endoscopy to deliver professional nursing care in the Endoscopy unit. The role supports diagnosis and treatment through standard nursing practices and collaborates with the care team.

You will monitor patients, develop and adjust care plans, document progress, and participate in interdisciplinary conferences. The schedule is full-time day shift (11:00 A.M. – 7:30 P.M.) with comprehensive benefits in a major New York healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in New York State.
• Experience with Endoscopy nursing is preferred.
• Ability to assess physical and psycho-social signs and symptoms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and discriminate between physical and psycho-social signs and symptoms.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate the nursing regimen for assigned patients.
• Record and maintain nursing care plans and progress notes.
• Interpret and report patient responses to the health care team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan patient care.
