Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required by policy.
• GI-related training preferred (NA I/II).
• Successful SGNA GI Associates Program completion within 6 months of employment.
• Maintain 6 GI education hours annually.

Responsibilities

• Assists physicians with Endoscopic procedures.
• Cleans endoscopes by sterilization or high-level disinfection.
• Sets up rooms for procedures and manages supplies.
• Assists with oxygen therapy and vital signs documentation.
• Provides personal care and patient mobility assistance.
