Valley View hospital in Glenwood Springs, CO, is seeking an Endo Tech to support Providers with high-level, complex cases and ensure smooth procedure flow. The role includes prepping rooms, equipment setup, and patient transport, with rotating call duties.

The ideal candidate has BLS, Endo Tech experience, and relevant certifications. This full-time position offers robust benefits and opportunities for growth, with competitive hourly pay and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• BLS endorsed by the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date.
• 1 year Endo Tech experience preferred; training possible for the right candidate.
• Advanced Case Endo experience strongly preferred.
• Must be registered with DORA as a Surgical Tech prior to starting.
• GI Technical Specialist (GTS) advanced certification issued by SGNA or to be obtained within 6 months.
• IAHCSMM CER Certification obtained within two years of hire.
• Must be available to take rotating call.
• We are not able to sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Assist Providers during procedures with endoscopy equipment and setup.
• Disinfects and processes endoscopic equipment; troubleshoot as needed.
• Set up room for procedures and transport patients as required.
• Stock rooms with supplies and equipment; assist patients with dressing and ambulation.
• Assist with applying EKG monitors, BP cuff, and pulse oximetry prior to start of case.
