Job summary

Brookwood Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN position in the GI Lab (Endoscopy) at Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital in Homewood, AL. The RN will respond to codes and provide patient care in an acute care setting during endoscopy procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Active Alabama RN license or multistate license.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred; Endoscopy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop an individualized plan of care.
• Respond to codes and provide direct patient care in GI/Endoscopy.
• Collaborate with medical staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Document care and maintain patient safety and regulatory standards.
