Texas Health Dallas is seeking an Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) Technician for a full-time day shift (0830-1700) with on-call responsibilities in the GI Lab. Work location is Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill, Dallas, TX.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year GI clinical experience; ERCP experience and EGD/colonoscopy familiarity are preferred, along with BCLS certification before independent duties.

Qualifikationen

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• 1 year GI clinical experience Required.
• Basic EGD/colon experience strongly preferred.
• ERCP experience preferred.
• BCLS prior to providing independent clinical duties.

• Performs technical procedures safely and proficiently.
• Takes action to reduce or eliminate patient risk.
• Documents accurately and appropriately.
• Assists in admission/transfer/discharge.
• In collaboration/consultation with nurse, adapts care to reflect age-specific and developmental considerations.
• In collaboration/consultation with the nurse, incorporates cultural/ religious needs and beliefs into delivery of care
• Supports and meets regulatory requirements.
