Job summary

KARL STORZ Onsite Endoscopic Specialist provides on-site, hands-on client support for medical devices, primarily with OR and SPD teams. The role involves device maintenance, troubleshooting, and training to improve workflows and reduce repair costs.

Candidates should have endoscopy/surgical device experience, knowledge of cleaning and sterilization, and strong customer-facing skills. Opportunities for advancement in Sales, Marketing, and Leadership are noted.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with endoscopic instruments and video equipment.
• Experience supporting Operating Rooms (OR) and Sterile Processing (SPD).
• Troubleshooting, repair, inspection, and maintenance of medical/surgical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face client support in OR, SPD, and Biomed.
• Daily maintenance and management of the client’s KARL STORZ devices.
• Maintain instrument sets in excellent working order and manage repair/replacement budgets.
• Provide training and education on KARL STORZ devices and services to OR/SPD staff.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and design workflows to improve efficiencies and reduce repair costs.
• Set up and support KARL STORZ video towers/systems; inspect, repair, and replace devices.
