Affinity Dental Management invites an Endodontist to join a growing, dentist-led specialty network offering flexible part-time or full-time schedules across Northeast Hartford County, CT through Western Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program.
• Active Connecticut and/or Massachusetts dental license, or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat routine and complex endodontic cases.
• Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, apical procedures, and other endodontic treatments within your scope.
• Utilize advanced technology to support diagnostic accuracy and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with referring dentists and specialists on comprehensive patient care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with complete clinical autonomy.
• Deliver a comfortable, informative, and patient-centered experience.
