Riverbend Endodontics in Toledo, OH is seeking a full-time dental provider to join our newly renovated Endodontic specialty practice, with flexible options for part-time. Our team delivers exceptional patient care in a modern office equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

You will lead clinical diagnosis and treatment planning, collaborate with non-clinical teams, and foster a patient-centric experience.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university and an active state license in good standing.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience post-residency preferred; select positions may be open to new grads.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment to deliver optimal dental care and an exceptional patient experience.
• Collaborate with non-clinical teams (Talent, Finance, HR, IT) to optimize practice operations.

HIRING SCHEDULE:

• Monday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Tuesday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Wednesday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clinical Leadership: Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, striving to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience.
• Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate with non-clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize the overall operation of the dental practice.
• Patient-Centric Approach: Foster an environment where patients eagerly anticipate dental visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing their overall experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, accompanied by an active state license in good standing.
• At least 1-2 years of Clinical Experience post-residency, preferred. Select positions open to new grads!
• Passionate commitment to patient care and unwavering ethical standards.
• Keen interest in further training, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
