Endodontist / Part-Time / 40% of Flat Fee

Practice Schedule:

• Part-time
• 4-6 days/month with the potential to grow availability as practice needs increase.
• Booked out - Typically 2-3 months.

Practice Details:

• 100% Flat Fee
• Offices are located throughout the DFW metroplex- attempts will be made to coordinate offices near the associate s home, but this cannot be guaranteed.
• Equipment and staff provided.
• New high-end equipment.

Financials:

• 1099
• 40% of production
