Job description

Seeking experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant for expanding Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) in Nashville's new hospital tower.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing patient care for conditions such as ARDS, sepsis, organ failure, and critical illnesses.
2. Working night shifts from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m., with 2-3 shifts weekly in a collaborative and autonomous environment.
3. Qualifications include Tennessee license, national certification, and preferred ICU experience.
4. Performing history taking, physical examinations, diagnostics, treatment planning, prescribing medications, making referrals, and managing patient transitions.
5. Demonstrating professionalism, excellent communication skills, evidence-based practice, and a commitment to continuous learning.
