The Dental Specialty Center is seeking a Full-Time Endodontist to join our Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Naples area practices. You will provide comprehensive endodontic care with full clinical autonomy and collaborate with in-office teams and referring dentists.

We offer modern facilities, advanced technology including CBCT and microscope, a strong internal referral network, and a transparent compensation structure with relocation assistance where applicable.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Endodontics specialty certificate from an accredited residency program.
• Active dental license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive endodontic specialty care.
• Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases of the dental pulp, nerve, and surrounding tissues.
• Develop and present treatment plans based on clinical examinations and radiographic findings.
• Educate patients on procedures, treatment options, and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate closely with referring dentists and in-office clinical teams.
• Maintain the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and clinical excellence.
• Remain current with evolving technologies and standards of care through continuing education.
