The Dental Specialty Center is seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Time Endodontist to support consistent specialty demand across our practices in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Naples. With our schedule currently booked 10 weeks out, the incoming provider will step into a full schedule immediately, with no ramp-up period required.
This opportunity allows you to focus on delivering high-quality endodontic care in a patient-centered, professionally run environment supported by strong referral relationships and experienced teams.

Earning Potential: $2,500–$5,000 per day with a transparent compensation structure

Provide comprehensive endodontic specialty care
Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases of the dental pulp, nerve, and surrounding tissues
Develop and present treatment plans based on clinical examinations and radiographic findings
Educate patients on procedures, treatment options, and post-treatment care
Collaborate closely with referring dentists and in-office clinical teams
Maintain the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and clinical excellence
Remain current with evolving technologies and standards of care through continuing education
