Job description

Growing practice is seeking an experienced Endodontist to join their team. They offer their associates the opportunity to learn and collaborate with their team of experienced dental professionals, with the autonomy to provide high-quality care that is convenient and comfortable for both staff and patients. Responsibilities:
  1. Perform accurate diagnoses through thorough evaluation of patients' dental health.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients requiring endodontic care.
  3. Perform root canal treatments, including retreatments and surgical procedures when necessary.
  4. Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to provide integrated and coordinated care.
  5. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive measures for long-term dental health.
Essential Job Functions:
  1. Utilize advanced dental equipment and technologies to provide efficient and high-quality endodontic treatments.
  2. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up appointments.
  3. Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in endodontics through continuous education and professional development.
  4. Adhere to all ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements in the provision of dental care services.
  5. Uphold the highest standards of patient care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment process.
Skills:
  1. DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program.
  2. Completed an Endodontic Residency accredited by the CDA.
  3. Valid dental license (or in the process of obtaining).
  4. Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
  5. Proficiency in using advanced dental technologies and tools.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize patient care.
