Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience. You will prep patients, assist with examinations, and maintain sterile operatory conditions while coordinating with front office staff.

The role includes daily responsibilities such as radiographs, charting, and patient education, embedded in a collaborative team. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered, with a patient-focused, professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED, and state-mandated certification/licensure.
• Specialty Dental Assistants must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Some travel to multiple offices per day may be required; reliable transportation needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatment and assist the dentist to enable efficient dental care.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment; maintain operatory per infection control guidelines.
• Record patient charts and clinician notes in the digital system as directed.
• Support patient care by presenting treatment records, consents and health history to the clinician.
