Specialty1 Partners' Santa Rosa Endodontics – Ukiah is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support a busy specialty practice. You will welcome patients, help prepare them for treatment, sterilize instruments, and assist with 4-handed dentistry while maintaining patient comfort and accurate records.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, relevant certifications, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a dental assistant, specialty preferred.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Well-organized and reliable.
• A high school diploma.
• A certificate from an accredited dental assistant program (if required by law).
• An active state radiology license (if required by law).
• Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to operate standard office equipment.
• Must be able to assist patients safely in and out of chairs or treatment areas.
• Must be able to maintain clinical positioning for extended periods.
• Must be able to work around medical equipment and instruments.
• Must be able to adhere to OSHA and infection control standards.
• Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements.
• Must be able to respond quickly in emergency situations.

• Selecting and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Sterilizing instruments according to regulations.
