Metroplex Endodontics & Microsurgery - Mansfield is seeking a licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our busy specialty practice. You will support both clinical and administrative duties to deliver a world-class patient experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years as an RDA, experience in an endodontist office, an active RDA license, CPR/BLS, and proficiency with dental software. Occasional travel between Mansfield and Duncanville offices is required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant license required.
• 3–5 years of experience as an RDA.
• Experience in an Endodontist office is required.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting program (state requirements).
• Proficiency in sterilization and infection control procedures.
• Strong communication skills and patient-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment.
• Assist the dentist with four-handed dentistry.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean operatory.
• Take and develop dental radiographs per state regulations.
• Provide post-operative care instructions and oral hygiene education.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up visits.
• Manage patient records securely and accurately.
• Assist with insurance and payment processing; support front desk as needed.
• Travel between Mansfield and Duncanville offices as required.
