Metroplex Endodontics & Microsurgery - Mansfield is seeking a skilled and licensed Registered Dental Assistant to join our busy specialty practice and help deliver a world-class patient experience.

You will support the clinical team with four-handed dentistry, sterilization, radiographs, and patient education, while also handling scheduling, records, and administrative tasks. Travel between Mansfield and Duncanville offices is required.

Qualifikationen

• Active Registered Dental Assistant license required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant.
• Experience in an Endodontist office.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting program (if required by state law).
• Proficiency in sterilization protocols and infection control procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of dental software and basic administrative tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Our office, Metroplex Endodontics & Microsurgery - Mansfield, is seeking a skilled and licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our busy specialty practice.

Your Responsibilities

You will support the clinical team by delivering exceptional care and ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for during their visit. You will be an essential part of the practice, supporting both clinical and administrative functions, including:

• Greeting and preparing patients for treatment
• Assisting the dentist with procedures using four-handed dentistry
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean, organized operatory
• Taking and developing dental radiographs in compliance with state regulations
• Providing post-operative care instructions and oral hygiene education
• Scheduling appointments and follow-up visits

• Assisting with insurance and payment processing

Your Background

You’re a licensed RDA with a passion for patient care and a strong understanding of both the clinical and interpersonal aspects of dental assisting. You are calm under pressure, organized, and always eager to help both patients and your team.

You also have the following:

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
• Must have experience in an Endodontist office
• Active Registered Dental Assistant license required
• CPR and BLS certification required
• Graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting program (if required by state law)
• Proficiency in sterilization protocols and infection control procedures
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude
• Knowledge of dental software and basic administrative tasks

Position Base Pay Range: $18 USD - $25 USD
