• Manage budgeting, reporting, and revenue cycle oversight.
• Support HR functions: hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee dental recordkeeping and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to streamline workflow and patient experience.
• Uphold policies for quality assurance, infection control, and safety.
• Track practice performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
