Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is seeking an Endo Dental Assistant II for our Cary West office. This part-time position is scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

  • Assist dentists during procedures
  • Coordinate treatment plans and present them to patients
  • Schedule appointments considering patient needs
  • Maintain instruments, supplies, and equipment
  • Record patient health histories

  • Sterilize instruments and sanitize treatment rooms
  • Prepare materials and equipment for procedures
  • Complete dental charting and manage inventory
Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • DAII training or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of dental assisting experience preferred
  • CDA certification or equivalent, or completed CODA-accredited program
  • CPR certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
  • Ability to communicate treatment and insurance information professionally
  • Knowledge of Eaglesoft or Denticon software is a plus
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Independent thinking, good judgment, teamwork, initiative, dependability
  • Attention to detail and flexibility to work at multiple locations
  • Confidentiality and attentive listening skills
Language and Reasoning Skills
  • Interpret safety rules, manuals, and correspondence
  • Problem-solving with limited standardization
