Winston-Salem Dental Specialists is seeking an Endodontic Dental Assistant to join our team. You’ll provide chairside assistance during root canals and related procedures, set up operatories, take radiographs, and assist with anesthesia and sterilization.

Qualifikationen

• Dental assisting experience required; endodontic experience strongly preferred.
• Current NC X-ray certification or ability to obtain.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Comfortable with digital radiography and CBCT imaging.

Aufgaben

• Chairside assisting during endodontic procedures such as root canals and retreatments.
• Set up and break down operatories with endo-specific instruments and materials.
• Take and process digital radiographs and CBCT scans.
• Assist with the dental microscope and ultrasonic units.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols.
• Provide patient comfort and education, especially for anxious patients.
• Maintain patient records and coordinate with referring offices.
