• Coordinates patient flow to meet appointment times and reduce delays.
• Collects subjective and objective data and documents in the patient chart.
• Monitors patient condition changes and documents them.
• Handles calls from patients, pharmacies, hospitals, and medical offices in a timely manner.
• Assists the medical provider with examinations and procedures.
• Keeps exam rooms clean, disinfected, and stocked.
• Schedules follow-up and specialty appointments.
• Explains tests and preparations for patient education.
• Monitors supplies and informs Office Manager.

Education
