SSM Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for our Madison East Endocrinology clinic. Join a team of 5 physicians and 1 peer APP in a fully outpatient setting with on-site pharmacy and imaging.

The schedule is Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights, weekends, or call. You’ll be supported by dedicated rooming staff, a diabetic educator, and nutrition services, plus a structured orientation and robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires graduate of a nationally accredited PA or NP program; Wisconsin NP license (APRNs) must be obtained.

Your Qualifications:

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
  • WI NPs must be APRNs
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
