Endocrinology Opening in Illinois

Located in Rockford, IL, just 60 minutes from Chicago. This is a full-time & permanent position seeking a BE/BC Endocrinologist to join our endocrine and diabetes team. As one of three endocrinologists providing dedicated support to over 270 providers, you will enjoy a busy community-based outpatient practice with consult-only hospital coverage.

Details:

1. Work alongside a team of three endocrinologists and one advanced practice provider (APP).
2. On-site certified diabetic educators, clinical dieticians, and clinical pharmacists.
3. Newly renovated, state-of-the-art clinic facilities.
4. Access to an ADA-recognized diabetes education program with RN and RD educators at the Diabetes Self-Management Clinic.
5. Extended support from endocrine surgery (located on-site) and oncologic subspecialists from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, WI.
