A prominent medical practice specializing in dysphagia evaluations is expanding and looking for physicians to join their team. Opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions are available. This role offers competitive compensation, health benefits, and a supportive team environment, with no weekend or night duties.
We are an established medical practice serving Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and the surrounding areas, specializing in evaluations for patients with swallowing disorders. We are currently seeking additional physicians to join our team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and all levels of experience are encouraged to apply. During training, compensation will be provided.
The practice is part of a network with sister practices in New England and Texas.
Benefits include an annual income of approximately $160,000 to $225,000 or more, depending on volume, for working 4 to 5 days a week. Additional benefits include health coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and an educational stipend. There are no weekend or night call duties, and malpractice coverage (including tail coverage) is paid for by the practice. In over 19 years and 400,000 evaluations, we have not had any malpractice inquiries or actions.
Our mission at Midwest Dysphagia Consultants is to provide professional dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallow studies, utilizing a mobile unit as shown on our website.
We serve various facilities, private offices, and homebound patients through requests from physicians and speech-language pathologists. These requests are managed by our office staff and are scheduled within 24 to 72 hours of receipt, often the same day depending on volume and location. We prioritize ensuring our staff is home between 4:00 and 5:00 PM daily.
