• Schedule: Monday-Friday Clinic hours: 8a-5p Plus 24-hour Call
• Job Setting: Outpatient, Hospital
• Types of Cases: Endocrinology cases
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days

• Must have an active Indiana license.
