Job description

Take over a well-established Endocrinology practice in Northern Indiana, just three hours from Chicago and two hours from Indianapolis. You will enjoy a built-in referral base, allowing you to be busy from day one.

You will assume the patient base from a physician who has been in this community for nearly 15 years. The typical clinic volume is 18-22 patients per day. The position offers no weekends, nights, or holidays. There is minimal telephone call; you will serve as a backup to several Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). The practice employs a shared approach to diabetes education and treatment.
